Registration Cost

Early Bird rates available until April 16, 2023.  Registration rates go up by $25 beginning 4/17.

• Municipalities & Nonprofit – $125 
• Private Sector – $150 
• Student – $75

Registration fee includes admittance to the Reception on Tuesday 5/16 & all conference concurrent events on Wednesday 5/17, including breakfast and lunch.  See the conference agenda for more details!

Conference Registration Refund Policy

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the Center for Climate Preparedness and Community Resilience, Antioch University New England and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM EST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

• Received by April 4, 2023 – Full refund, less a $25 per person administrative fee
• Received by May 2, 2023– 50% refund of total fees paid
• Received on or after May 3, 2023 – No refunds

However, you can transfer your registration to another individual if we receive this request by May 2, 2023. This does not involve any refund. You must provide the name, position, organization and email of the alternate that will attend in your place.  SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL TO:  

Refunds will be issued approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
