Getting stakeholders to meetings has been a constant struggle for community leaders. A leading question for participants to understand is whether having a face-to-face meeting is the right thing to do based on your objectives. If not, what are other innovative methods of collecting public input?

This session covered:
Innovative stakeholder engagement strategies that have been successfully employed by municipalities. .
How best to create venues and opportunities where community members feel empowered and part of the solution.

Participants left this session with an understanding of how to best structure and roll out these types of methods based on their own target audiences.
